1. the process flow motion of self-act nail making machine shows as follow:

Stamping  to Carry wire  to   Camp  to    Shear   to   Baiting 

1.1 Man drive

The belt roller of electric motor 1 drives flywheel 2 and crankshaft 5 to rotate,the power through two pairs of meshing bevel gear (3 and 4,7 and 8)to the left and right side shafts (17 and 13),then the countershaft rotates,the torque can be delivered to the motion units of mahine.

1.2 Stamping motion

The rotate motion of crankshaft 5 converts to the ceciprocate motion of slide rod 22 by the connecting rod 6,plunger tip that mounted on front of slide rod execute the stamping motion.

1.3 Carry wire mtion

The rotate motion of crankshaft 5 converts to the ceciprocate motion of clamp wire slide base seat 12 by cam disk 9,drag bar 10 that connect with cam disk and the transmission arm 11.The clamp wire block that mounted on the clamp wire slide base seat executes the carry motion.

1.4 Clamp motion

The side shaft 13 makes the drive shaft 15 to right left swing motion,the swing motion supplies the clamp force to moving mold 16 mounted on the dolly set base seat,then a periodic clamp motopn would complete.

1.5 Shear motion

The rotate motion of left,right side shaft converts to the ceciprocate motion of shear slide block 19 and 20 by the connect rod 18 and 20,two pieces of shear mounted on the shear slide block execute the shear motion.
